Honest review
The core concept of this resort is the desire to offer guests an authentic island holiday and to stay true to the traditions, natural beauty and spirit of the Maldives.
here is built in the spirit of a traditional Maldivian boat, and the interior designers were clearly inspired by island ideas and traditions.
The island the resort occupies is magnificent. Be sure to walk its coral-sand paths to see the coconut palms, banyan trees and other vegetation. Alongside the natural flora there are also many planted species, including several varieties of orchid.
The dining, too, leans largely toward local traditions, though the choice of dishes in the restaurants is wide enough to satisfy any gastronomic request. The main restaurant regularly hosts themed dinners, pleasantly varied, and the evening program often includes traditional dances and Boduberu performances.
After dinner you can also take part in feeding the local marine life: reef sharks and rays are often fed by the jetty, and anyone who wishes can join in.
As for the underwater world around the resort, the house reef is densely populated, snorkeling spots lie just 30 meters from shore, and the certified dive school organizes group trips to nearby dive sites.
