Honest review
This stylish, well-kept boutique hotel of 25 rooms stands apart from most hotels on Mahé — because it is located on the edge of the island's capital, Victoria, and has no beach of its own.
One of its signature features is a private marina. It is the only hotel in the Seychelles able to accommodate around 19 vessels.
Lovers of beautiful scenery will certainly be pleased: a neat pontoon leads from the hotel to the marina, and this is the very spot many couples choose for their wedding ceremony.
Although the hotel is within the city limits, every room enjoys gorgeous views of the mountains or the ocean (see the 'Rooms' tab for details), so guests feel no shortage of Seychelles nature. The hotel grounds, too, are green and well tended.
Whatever the category, the rooms are beautifully styled and fitted with modern furniture and appliances. Each has a work desk, so this option also suits business trips well.
Beach lovers, however, will have to choose which beach to head for. The nearest is about 2 km from the hotel; the others require transport — hiring a car, for example.
