Veligandu Island Resort & Spa
is a classic Maldivian resort on the island of Veligandu. The dazzling white of its beaches, the transparent blue of the lagoon and the lush green of the palms leave no one unmoved. It is part of the Crown & Champa Resorts hotel chain. It reopened after renovation in December 2024.
Guests can enjoy all the pleasures of island resort life. The dive center organizes day and night excursions to the colorful house reef and dives with whale sharks.
At the water sports center you can rent equipment for windsurfing, wakeboarding, water skiing, kayaking and jet skiing. The fitness club is open for strength-training enthusiasts. You can play football, table tennis, billiards, darts, volleyball and badminton.
The hotel has an excellent spa.
In the evenings, guests are offered presentations on the culture and history of the Maldives, a Bodu Beru dance show, films and videos from divers. The bars host live music performances.
