Honest review
A wonderful hotel set across two islands connected by a bridge: the main island is lively and active, with live music in the bar; the second island is 18+. An excellent entry into the sea and an impeccable beach on both islands. The house coral reef off the main island will delight snorkeling enthusiasts. I will note that the food here is one of the best buffets in the Maldives, and be sure to pay the supplement for dinners when booking (it is very good value). Once a week there is a lobster party on the second island ($180+). The hotel's signature feature is its underwater restaurant. I recommend booking only the Deluxe Beach Villa — with a private pool and direct access to the sea, these are private, spacious, and buried in greenery — unlike the Beach Villa, where 5–6 villas stand very close to one another on a single foundation.
