Honest review
– a resort on a stunning green island covered in tropical vegetation. The island is rich in greenery and scenic views. The resort itself was built recently and is styled around a single theme — unity with nature. This is that true eco-hotel: with its own vegetable garden, a complete absence of plastic, and care for nature down to the smallest details.
"Reethi Faru" translates from one of the local languages as "beautiful reef," and the place fully lives up to its name: the house reef here really is vivid and colorful.
Naturally, the local 5-star dive center offers many ways to get acquainted with the reef — morning, daytime and night dives, snorkeling tours and a variety of excursions.
The hotel comprises 150 rooms whose traditional design fits the island's character beautifully. Particular attention was paid to the placement of the villas on the island: they stand far enough apart that whichever villa you choose, you will feel as though you have the island to yourself.
The island has plenty of restaurants and bars, so guests will never tire of sameness and can discover new flavors and views every evening.
It is a wonderful place for a holiday, well suited to couples, families with children, or close-knit groups of traveling friends. Although there is no great array of children's entertainment, the island is perfect for play — the lagoon is fairly shallow, with no coral and no waves.
