Honest review
Located on the south-eastern edge of Lhaviyani Atoll. The island is ideal for honeymooners and for families planning an unhurried, quiet holiday. The lagoon around the island is lovely, and for snorkelling guests are taken out several times a day to one of the largest coral reefs in the Maldives.
The island is small, cosy, and well kept, with sandy paths running across it that you can walk barefoot. It suits relaxation and a calm, harmonious holiday without vast infrastructure but with everything you need not to get bored over a week's trip — there is a spa and a gym. We can recommend it to couples, to families with children who don't need a kids' club and high-energy entertainment, and to groups for yoga and meditation.
The resort is located on Innahura island in Lhaviyani Atoll, 132 km north of Velana International Airport (Male).
Includes: a cold face towel, water, soft drinks, and free Wi-Fi.
Lounge service includes: snacks, tea, coffee, juice, water, soft drinks, and free Wi-Fi.
A shallow lagoon surrounds the whole island. At low tide the water is waist-deep; at high tide it gets deeper. The depth is always comfortable for swimming with children. The sunrise side is a wide strip of sand with slightly coarser grain — we recommend taking water shoes for entering the sea on this side, as there is some coral rubble. On the sunset side the entry is soft, with no coral; seaweed sometimes washes up on this side, but the hotel staff clear it from early morning, so it never accumulates on the beach.
