Honest review
Slow, relaxed Maldivian life in its pure form: a small, well-kept island in the south-west of Ari Atoll, where the villas are scattered so that the feeling never leaves you — the island belongs to you alone.
The villas have been recently renovated, and the restaurants regularly draw delighted reviews from guests: the food is one of the strong points here. The spa is well equipped, the therapists first-class, and the staff make sure every wish is taken into account.
Around the island are both sandy stretches and vivid reefs full of life: rays, turtles, reef sharks, parrotfish. There are plenty of options for snorkelling and diving.
The resort runs on an all-inclusive system, and it takes in a long list not only of dining but of excursions and entertainment — a rare generosity.
An honest nuance: there is no kids' club, though a children's programme is provided — families with little ones should weigh this.
Logistics: 100 km from Malé international airport. Who it suits: couples, and anyone who wants all-inclusive without the feel of a conveyor belt.
