An honest, intimate format on Praslin for those who choose a place rather than a list of options. The main arguments are the location on the island's north-east coast and the beach close by.
The main caveat first: built in 2000, last renovated in 2011. The three-storey building in traditional Seychellois style keeps its character, but set your expectations to 'cosy and Seychellois' rather than a designer novelty.
What you get in return: spacious, light-toned rooms, each with a terrace or balcony facing the ocean, round-the-clock room service and a restaurant serving local and international cuisine. For a romantic occasion we suggest a dinner right on the beach — they do arrange that here.
Getting there is simple: 15 km, about 20 minutes, from Praslin's airport. From the international airport on Mahe — a ferry or a short flight, whichever fits your connections.
A sensible choice for a honeymoon without pomp and for a family holiday at an unhurried pace.
