147 villas and 9 residences cascade down a multi-tiered hillside above Jimbaran Bay. Each villa is walled and sunk into tropical greenery — you neither see nor hear your neighbours. Inside, the style is oriental: bamboo, natural materials, expensive fabrics and a large vintage bathtub. Sizes run from 250 to 2,247 m², and every villa has a private pool and a terrace looking onto the bay and the mountain.
The residences stand on their own guarded grounds, each with a personal butler.
This is the first line of the Jimbaran coast, but the territory is tiered, so a buggy is the easier way down to the beach. In return, the ocean is clean with a gentle entry — swimming is comfortable even at low tide.
