Discovery Kartika Plaza is a hotel conveniently placed in the popular resort area of Kuta, close to restaurants and cafes, the large Discovery Kuta shopping mall, and the Waterbom water park just across from the hotel.
The complex has spacious green grounds and a panoramic ocean view. Between the hotel and the beach runs a pedestrian promenade, and the beach itself is reached down a small stone slope. The ocean in this part of the island can be quite rough: there are tides, and waves at times. It suits surfing enthusiasts and adult travelers; getting into the water with children will be harder.
The hotel offers guests a wide choice of on-site activities: a tennis court, beach volleyball, billiards, entertainment programs for adults and children, and a disco. Guests who love spending time in the pool will be especially comfortable here — it comes with a decorative waterfall, a jacuzzi and a beautiful panoramic view of the coast.
