It sits on the picturesque east coast of Mauritius. From May to October it is fairly windy here; the rest of the year the weather is comfortable for a holiday.
A beautiful beach of soft white sand. There is a coral reef with a multitude of colorful fish, and two species of sea turtle can be seen along the shore. The ocean often has waves, so it is advisable to enter the water in reef shoes. The hotel provides free snorkeling equipment, and guests can take a boat trip or (for an extra charge) diving lessons.
