There is plenty of tropical greenery, a good beach, and opportunities for snorkeling. Six restaurants operate on the island, but the true star here is the Italian restaurant AL TROMONTO, which draws guests even from other hotels. Around the island there are many excellent diving spots. The diving and water sports center organizes trips to dive sites and snorkeling tours, and there are options for fans of the most varied water sports, including, for example, parasailing. Children certainly won't be bored: the kids' club puts on contests, workshops, sports competitions, and other entertainment for them.
“The resort belongs to the Villa Resorts group. The island is large and not much like the typical Maldives — the spa center especially makes you feel as though you were somewhere in Thailand: a true Asian corner of calm with little fountains and the scent of coconut oil. The hotel has its own water sports center, which makes its prices lower than at many resorts, since it is not run by an outside company. The choice of activities is enormous — a catalog roughly 100 pages thick with all sorts of options: jet skis, Seabobs, canoes, and parasails. Three parrots — the island's mascots — live at the water sports center; photos with them are free. The show programs are varied: comedy club, crab races, and a disco. In September 2021 the hotel completed a comprehensive renovation of the pool, and the resort now has a very beautiful photo location on the island. The hotel's beach is long — a leisurely walk along the shoreline takes about 30-40 minutes. The most beautiful part of the beach, and the most comfortable for swimming, lies beyond the water sports center. The sand is soft as powder. In the morning at low tide a photogenic sandbank appears where you can take photos straight out of a glossy magazine. And a little beyond the sandbank is a patch of sand surrounded on all sides by the ocean. In some places there are breakwaters on the western side of the island; in some places there may be currents. The lagoon is shallow and well suited to vacations with small children.
The house reef suits beginner and certified divers. For certified divers, speedboat trips to the nearest diving spots can also be arranged for an additional fee.
