Honest review
Despite the distance from Malé airport, this hotel is definitely worth a visit.
The island's reef teems with life of its own: turtles, octopuses, sharks, dolphins. Fish in riotous colours. The underwater residents clearly like it here!
A wonderful dry climate all year round. Thanks to its proximity to the equator there is no rainy season even in summer, when cyclones can arrive. In this part of the Maldives it is always dry.
Superb service: there is everything you need and even a little more — exactly enough to make every guest as comfortable as possible. The hotel's director often films underwater, and the chef is constantly inventing new dishes for the island's restaurants, drawing inspiration from modern creative street food — without forgetting, by the way, lactose-free dishes and vegetarian options. Isn't that simply wonderful! Children and adults alike are welcome here. And from your first step on the island you feel at home. The villa interiors are beautifully thought out.
“Everything about this hotel is wonderful. A stunning location: practically on the equator, the flora and fauna here are completely untouched, and you have a chance to see more species of fish or dolphins than in other parts of the Maldives. A snow-white beach rings the island, and the lagoon is very wide, with a gradual entry into the water free of coral fragments. And a life hack for those flying to the Maldives in summer: the closer you are to the equator, the more stable the climate is throughout the year and the less rain falls.”
The resort is located on Havodda island, Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll, 400 km from Velana International Airport (Malé). The hotel does not yet have its own lounge at the airport. Owing to the great distance from Malé, no seaplane transfer is operated.
