If you want to combine a beach holiday with urban Dubai, Rixos The Palm is one of the most convenient options: sights, shops and restaurants are within walking distance of the resort, not half an hour away by taxi.
There is plenty to look at: skyscrapers, Dubai Marina, the lagoons of Palm Jumeirah — the rooms are designed so that you will not be left without a view.
With children, build your day around the Rixy Kids Club: experienced animators, entertainment programmes and a separate shallow pool let parents properly exhale.
For the evening, choose between lounge areas, poolside bars and the restaurants — from a romantic dinner to a lavish buffet, from Mediterranean cuisine to Turkish sweets. And set aside time for Anjana Spa: an award-winning spa in traditional Turkish style with signature Ottoman rituals and a hammam.
The resort is deservedly considered one of the best family resorts on the Palm — though a couple without children will be comfortable here too.
