A practical beach option in the northern Emirates: Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, next to the Al Hamra district — and a clear formula of sea, restaurants, bars and beach parties.
The room categories differ noticeably, so choose with intent. The base option is a spacious room with a balcony and a pool or sea view (a king-size bed or two twins). In the villa building — a room with a furnished balcony, a workspace and a bathroom with a separate shower. On the upper floors — rooms with a sofa bed and the best views from a spacious balcony. On the ground floor — direct beach access and a king-size bed or two queens.
For families we'd suggest the ground floor with its walk-out to the sand and the categories with a sofa bed; for couples — the upper floors, for the view.
Bear in mind: evenings here are lively — beach parties are part of the house repertoire. Not the place for total silence; exactly the place for atmosphere.
