Intimate luxury on Koh Samui: just 79 rooms, suites and villas in a secluded reserve overlooking the Gulf of Siam — InterContinental Koh Samui does not compete on scale, and that is its strength.
There is more water here than you would expect: six outdoor pools, including one with a children's zone and separate pools for club-level guests. The spa, with five treatment rooms, covers everything: massages, scrubs, wraps, aromatherapy, reflexology, Ayurveda and facial and body treatments.
Categories with the Club prefix carry Club InterContinental privileges — but not every villa is part of the programme, so confirm the details when booking.
On logistics: a 45-minute drive from Samui international airport; Lamai beach is 3.1 km away, Bophut 10.3 km, Chaweng 24 km.
