The legendary Four Seasons on Mauritius is back: the resort has reopened after a major renovation — in a new guise.
It stands on the east coast, within the Anahita nature reserve, and nature is its main asset. Among activities you will rarely find elsewhere: snorkelling with seahorses, kayaking through mangrove forests and even visits to the apiaries.
The beach zones are private and varied — on the resort's own island territory and on the mainland side, from lively to quiet and secluded. A word of advice: don't anchor yourself to one spot — each zone has its own mood.
The lagoon is sheltered — no strong currents or big waves, so the water entry is calm and comfortable.
Logistics are simple: 36 km from the airport, 47 km from the capital Port Louis. A resort for those who want the refreshed Four Seasons classic and the east coast of Mauritius without the bustle.
