Honest review
A resort chosen for its address: Baa Atoll, the territory of a UNESCO marine biosphere reserve — one of the most coveted places for divers from all over the world.
The second reason is a detail unique for the Maldives: a large natural freshwater lake ringed by mangroves. A true biotope pool has been set up here, where you swim among water lilies — an experience that seriously rivals the signature turquoise lagoon.
The resort itself opened not long ago: spacious bungalows in warm sunny tones, light and bright. The restaurants have a good choice of dishes and the staff are attentive.
The infrastructure does its job: a certified diving centre, a water sports centre, a Thai spa, a playground and a games room.
Bear in mind: the reserve is under the protection of an international organisation, and the rules for staying on its territory are strict. In return, the underwater world here shows itself in full glory.
Who it's for: families with children, divers and snorkellers — anyone who likes an active, memorable holiday.
