Honest review
The villas at Vogue Bodrum are a rare format for Turkey: you live in your own two-storey house with a pool and a kitchen, while the full infrastructure of a big family resort waits beyond the gate. There are 50 such houses on the grounds.
We toured the three-bedroom villa: downstairs a living room with a corner sofa and a proper kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine, a room with two single beds for children, and upstairs two bedrooms with large beds. Outside — a private terrace with a cabana, your own freshwater pool and your own stretch of beach, topped up with fresh sand every year. Villa guests get a butler or a golf cart, a separate restaurant just for them (breakfast from 7 am) and a small Technogym gym open around the clock.
The grounds descend to the bay in terraces of jasmine and thuja. By the sea there is a sandy beach and a heated children's pool with a white sandy bottom — practically the Maldives. Beyond that begins the children's universe: a club from 10 am to 5 pm (ages 4 to 12 without parents), a waterpark and an evening funfair with a Ferris wheel that overlooks all of Bodrum — free for guests.
To be honest: the funfair runs for just two hours, from 8 to 10 pm, the adult pool is unheated, and the à la carte restaurants open only for dinner — a week's stay includes one visit, the rest is the buffet, which, to be fair, is very decent: fresh produce and a separate children's line. The road from Milas-Bodrum airport (27 km) is winding — take a comfortable car, and we will book it for you.
This is a resort above all about children and big families: the right way to come here is three generations at once, spread across the bedrooms of one villa. The adults are left the spa, with a hammam and therapists from Bali and Thailand — open from 9 am to 8 pm.
