Royal Holiday Palace

Honest review

looks luxurious and palatial. The grounds are green — not large, but with places for a stroll. There are many lovely spots for photographs; palms, olive and mandarin trees grow here, and the lawns are covered in green grass. Outdoors there is a large pool and a small water park that operates on a schedule. The atmosphere at the hotel is homely, cosy, calm and warm-hearted.

The beach here is clean, sand and pebble, with a comfortable entry into the water. On the front line there are paid pavilions, and there is also a pier.

There is a large indoor pool, indoor and outdoor children's pools, and a jacuzzi. An excellent spa centre operates here; the hammam and sauna can be visited free of charge.

The dining at the hotel is varied, with the menu changing every day. There is a wide choice of meat dishes, plenty of vegetables and fruit, and confectionery. For children there are porridges, boiled vegetables, meat, and fruit and vegetable purees. A blender is available.

The main restaurant has several adults-only rooms where guests without children can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in peace and quiet.

For an extra charge you can visit the a la carte restaurants: Mexican, Turkish, Japanese, Far Eastern, Italian and fish.
