The hotel grounds are large, clean and green. Guests are accommodated in several buildings across various room categories. For example, there are rooms in a free-standing block with direct pool access. Some rooms belong to the Club Diamond category, whose guests can use a private privileged area that includes a separate VIP pool, the Diamond restaurant, a bar and a private pier.
The Rixos Sungate resort offers varied dining — in more than 10 restaurants guests can sample Turkish and Greek cuisine, as well as Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Japanese, international and Mediterranean.
There are two main restaurants, located in the same building on different floors.
The food in them is delicious: ripe fruit, plenty of meat, wonderfully delicate desserts, superb baklava; at lunch and dinner seafood and salmon are also served.
For children the hotel has a separate restaurant, available at lunchtime and during dinner.
