Every room in the main building comes with its own balcony and a Mediterranean view: morning coffee out there quickly becomes the ritual of the trip. If you need space and privacy, look at the villas — there are two types, both on the ultra all-inclusive plan.
Food is Papillon's strong suit: a la carte restaurants with signature dishes built on Turkish and world cuisine, plus six bars covering the classics and house cocktails. The chefs' principle is 'local, natural and delicious'.
