For families flying into Antalya the first day's arithmetic matters, and here it works in your favour: the drive from the airport takes no more than 20 minutes.
A nuance worth knowing in advance: the beach lies a short distance from the main building. The beach itself is sandy with an easy entry into the water — comfortable with children; the beach pavilions cost extra, as do the water sports — parasailing, banana boat, jet ski.
On rooms the logic is this: there are many categories, and if the budget allows, look at the suites with the VIP concept — personal check-in and check-out, turndown service, free room service, shoe shining and evening-suit pressing, an extended minibar and a fruit basket.
The food is a weighty argument: seafood, meat dishes, cheeses, plenty of greens, vegetables and fruit, a vegetarian station. Stop by the two show buffets in the main restaurant and don't miss the world-cuisine evenings — they run four times a week; for desserts and afternoon pancakes, head to the patisserie.
The grounds are large and well kept — the format is built for an unhurried family holiday.
