If you are choosing a resort in Belek for an active holiday, Kaya Palazzo Golf & Resort is one of those addresses where sport is not just for show.
Judge for yourself: an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, a 4,000 m² indoor sports complex, four floodlit football pitches a couple of minutes' walk away — you can safely come here as a team or a sporting family. The sea is often calm, too: jet skis and water sports are on hand.
The resort itself is clean and quiet, with large green grounds and a lush garden — evenings here mean walks rather than loud parties.
For children the essentials are covered — the food: kids' tables with milk soups, porridges, juices, purees and steamed dishes, plus a separate stand with jarred baby food.
For adults, don't miss the patisserie with Turkish desserts, cakes and ice cream, or the themed evenings in the main restaurant; the a la carte line-up covers Asian, Italian and a steak bar. Breakfast is a huge buffet, from porridges (buckwheat included) to cheeses, eggs and fruit.
The beach is sandy, with free sunbeds and a pier with pavilions, and the water is clear. A resort for families and anyone who finds a holiday without movement dull.
