Honest review
Gloria Verde Resort 5* is part of the Gloria Hotels & Resorts complex. Two other hotels of the chain, Gloria Golf and Gloria Serenity, are nearby and can be reached by free shuttle.
The hotel grounds are green and beautifully kept, with palms, plenty of pines, and tangerine, lemon, orange and grapefruit trees. Thanks to this, the air here is wonderful.
About 2 kilometres from the hotel there is a zoo, which you can reach on foot or by shuttle. The zoo itself is small — there are peacocks, chickens and goats — but children love it.
The sandy beach is right by the hotel; the entry into the sea is over fine pebbles. There is a pier with sun loungers, paid pavilions, a bar and a snack restaurant where you can grab a bite during the day.
The hotel also has an outdoor pool, a waterpark pool and 2 children's outdoor freshwater pools.
The food at the hotel is varied and delicious. Dinners are themed, with different dishes every evening. Several kinds of meat and seafood — at times octopus and prawns, oysters and crab. An abundance of fruit and all manner of desserts.
