Gloria Serenity Resort

Honest review

Of the three Gloria resorts in Belek, Serenity is the one to pick for quiet and space: vast grounds with a river and park zones dissolve any number of guests. Free buggies run between all three resorts in the group — use their restaurants and golf courses too.

On rooms the advice is simple: take a ground-floor Lagoon Superior — the same size as the base category, but with a terrace and direct access to the pool that runs like a river along the building. The villas are fresh, renovated in 2023.

The à la carte restaurants need planning: book the French one two days ahead, the Turkish one by reservation — both are included; the Japanese one is paid, 30 euros per person, or 50 for the teppanyaki. The chocolate, ice-cream and dessert rooms stay open until 11 pm — strategic intelligence for anyone with a sweet tooth.

With children this is a safe bet: three kids' club locations, ages 4–12 free, teenagers of 12–17 get their own zone, and breakfast includes Hipp baby food and yoghurts. The evening club by the main restaurant runs until 11 pm — leave the kids there and go to dinner.

Budget for the beach in advance: the cabanas are paid, from 200 dollars for the far row to 500 for the front line (Deluxe and King villa guests get them included), but the free section has room for everyone. For golfers: group lessons are free, and an hour with a coach costs 300 euros on the 18-hole course and 180 on the nine-hole. A calm all-inclusive without the feeling of a crowd — first and foremost for families.
