The hotel has a wide variety of accommodation, with rooms in the main building and in the Lagoon Golf and Lagoon Beach wings, including more than 100 rooms with direct pool access. Beyond the standard services, all room categories come with a pillow menu, a 24-hour holiday assistant, premium bath amenities, the Cullinan Lounge, and showers for early arrivals and late departures.
Guests in the special room categories enjoy a longer list of privileges, including a maxi-bar, a floral welcome, champagne on the day of arrival, VIP transfer, butler service, turndown service, and VIP check-in and check-out. Guests staying in a villa also receive: Fast Track at Antalya airport, laundry service, butler service and complimentary in-room a la carte dining.
The beach is sandy, and both the beach and the pools offer a cold-towel service and even eyeglass cleaning.
For children there is the Tini Kids Club, with an enormous range of entertainment for every age: playrooms, interactive activities, an adventure park, an indoor playground, a Lego playroom, sports sessions, a children's restaurant and buffet, workshops (painting, dance, food, music, DJing), 2 cinemas, a teen club with a bar serving soft drinks and mocktails, DJ performances, and a graffiti and music workshop.
Children under 2 may use the Upupa Kids Club mini-club accompanied by an adult, or parents can use the paid babysitting service.
